Keep your truck in good condition and protect the loads you haul with high-quality truck tarps from Canopies and Tarps.
If you're hitting the road with a load, you have a lot to consider for safety:
- Is the load properly secured for balance?
- Will loose materials or debris fly out during the ride?
- Will the load cause damage to the pickup bed?
Our custom truck tarps help answer all those questions. Whether you haul materials or tools for work, or whether you enjoy antiquing or bargain hunting on the weekend, keeping pickup truck tarps handy is almost as important as keeping straps or bungee cords.
Truck tarps are also an essential part of prolonging that life of your truck bed. Protect the surface of your truck bed from damage done by moisture and exposure to the elements with a heavy-duty cargo tarp. While these tarps are great for protecting your truck bed, they also make great padding for securing and covering any goods you are transporting - at the fraction of the cost for a traditional liner.
At Canopies and Tarps, we use only the best quality materials to ensure the tarps you purchase from us are built to last. Like all of our tarps, this principle is also applied to the construction of our truck tarps. The cargo bed of your vehicle is vulnerable to the harsh and fluctuating conditions of the great outdoors. Rain, snow, wind and the sun are the primary reasons your truck bed is in less than mint condition.
To preserve this important part of your vehicle, invest in a cargo tarp. A tarp can protect your truck from rust, mildew, mold, rotting and fading. These particular tarps are what we consider heavy-duty, meaning they are up to the challenge of providing reliable protection over a long period.
Our black truck tarps are composed of six-ounce, 12-mil polyethylene fabric. They also have reinforced corners and heat-sealed seams. Either side of the tarp is treated in a UV-resistant coating as well as a waterproof coating. Securing the tarp to your truck is simply a matter of taking advantage of its metal D-rings and metal grommets, which happen to be fitted every 18 inches. The D-ring system in particular is especially useful for securing goods in a flatbed truck.
Our cargo tarps are available for purchase in a wide range of sizes. On the smaller end of the spectrum are tarps that that 7' x 9'. In the middle range we have tarps that are 10' x 12'. On the bigger end of the range are tarps that are 11' x 24'.
